Know what happens before the first session.
From the first conversation to the next progress review, we want families to understand the purpose of each step.
Understand your child
We start with your priorities, your child’s movement abilities and their experience of exercise.
Build a personal plan
Activities and coaching cues are matched to your child’s starting point and goals.
Coach each movement
A coach guides technique, adjusts the challenge and encourages your child throughout the session.
Review and adjust
We discuss progress with parents and adapt the plan as abilities and needs change.
Before you visit
Contact our team with your city and the program that interests you. Confirm the location, available session arrangements, age suitability and language support before making travel plans. The locations shown on this website are in Vietnam.
At the first conversation
Tell the coach what your child enjoys, what feels challenging and what you would like to understand. Discuss relevant professional recommendations directly with the team rather than posting sensitive details in public comments.
During a coached session
The coach introduces activities, demonstrates movements and offers a starting point appropriate to the child. The session can include a warm-up, coached practice, suitable rest and a closing conversation. Specific activities and timing depend on the child and the agreed plan.
After the session
Talk about what your child practiced and how they experienced it. The next conversation can consider what to repeat, what to adapt and how the family can support a manageable routine.
Over time
Progress reviews connect observations across sessions. For the Height Development Program, growth measurements are discussed in context and separately from improvements in movement.
