Posture & Movement

Move with more awareness. Build better everyday habits.

Coaching that connects body control and movement practice with the demands of school and daily life.

A coach observing a child’s exercise technique

More than a reminder to sit up.

We help children pay attention to how they move, practice controlled movements and understand simple cues they can use in everyday activities.

The program focuses on school posture habits, body awareness, balance and appropriate strength practice. It is a coaching program rather than a diagnosis of posture from appearance.

Personalized from the first conversation

We discuss your priorities, observe how your child moves and choose activities that match their experience and confidence. Sessions are available as one-on-one coaching or small groups of up to three children, subject to the location’s arrangements.

As your child practices, a coach offers clear cues, checks technique and adapts the challenge. Progress reviews help the family understand what is changing and what to work on next.

What children practice

  • Following clear cues for balance and controlled movement.
  • Noticing how different positions feel during activities.
  • Developing a practical vocabulary to describe comfort and effort.
  • Discussing everyday movement habits with parents and coaches.

Connect practice with school life

School routines can involve long periods at a desk. Suitable seating and opportunities to change position are practical topics to discuss with a child’s school or healthcare team. Our coaching can help families think about movement beyond a single weekly session.

When coaching is not the whole answer

Persistent pain, a known spinal condition or a concern about unusual asymmetry needs assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. We do not promise to correct a structural spinal condition through exercise.
