Support for how your child moves.
Individualized exercise coaching focused on foot and ankle function, balance and confidence, where movement support is appropriate.
Look at function and comfort
Our Flat Feet Support program focuses on movement practice, not an ideal foot shape. We discuss what the family has noticed, any professional advice already received and what the child finds comfortable or difficult.
Coaches can guide suitable balance, coordination and foot-and-ankle activities within the child’s movement plan. The choice of activity should follow the child’s needs rather than a single exercise list for everyone.
Personalized from the first conversation
We discuss your priorities, observe how your child moves and choose activities that match their experience and confidence. Sessions are available as one-on-one coaching or small groups of up to three children, subject to the location’s arrangements.
As your child practices, a coach offers clear cues, checks technique and adapts the challenge. Progress reviews help the family understand what is changing and what to work on next.
Not every flat foot needs treatment
Flexible flat feet without pain often do not require treatment. Appearance alone is not a reason to promise that a child needs correction. Pain, stiffness or difficulty taking part in activities should be assessed by a healthcare professional.
What progress can mean
- Taking part in selected activities with greater confidence.
- Learning to follow balance and movement cues.
- Understanding which activities feel comfortable.
- Reviewing whether the coaching plan remains suitable.
We do not promise that exercise will rebuild an arch or cure every type of flat foot. A clinical diagnosis, footwear prescription or treatment plan belongs with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

Questions parents ask
Can a photo tell us whether my child needs the program?
A photograph is not enough to establish a clinical diagnosis or decide on treatment. Discuss concerns with a healthcare professional, especially if there is pain or stiffness.
Can the program sit alongside professional advice?
Tell the team about relevant recommendations before starting. Coaching activities should fit the child’s needs and the limits advised by their healthcare professional.
